A Source of Beauty Alex Woo has created an innovative and unique collection of modern gemstone jewelry.  With her father serving as a mentor from his own accomplishments as a master bench jeweler, Alex had the rare opportunity to learn, since childhood, an appreciation for gems, precious metals, and fine craftsmanship.  Under her father's direct tutelage, Alex was able to satisfy curiosity in working with these natural elements to create new sources of beauty.

Photographed and featured in the issue is Alex Woo's Aspen ring, in both lemon and smoky quartz.  The stone weighs 26 carats, and it is set in sterling silver with a matte and shiny finish.  Additionally, the Jesse cuff, Petra rings, Samara necklace, Sadie pendant, Venus pendant and the Venus ring are all featured and photographed as part of the story.
